… Department of the Environment located in Building C of the Municipal Office in Jičín at the same address. These are mainly tables, partitions, coffee tables, containers, shelves and chests of drawers. The exact scope, quantity, dimensions, material and colour design and other technical requirements are set out in the relevant annex to the tender specifications. Building A is under reconstruction at the time of the tender. The supplier is therefore obliged to carry out the necessary focus at the place of filling before starting production and to verify the dimensions and conditions for assembling the furniture according to the actual condition. For further information on the construction solution of the building, the contracting authority also refers to the tender documentation for the public contract for its reconstruction, available here: Implementation of the extension and building modifications of the building "A" of the Municipal Office in Jičín The item quantity and breakdown of furniture by individual buildings, floors and rooms is specified in the relevant inventories and specifications. When preparing the tender, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the interlinkages between the project documentation, furniture inventories and other annexes to the tender documentation and to include in the tender price all costs, including the costs of the necessary focus, necessary for the complete fulfilment of the subject of the public contract
