What the buyer is looking for
The subject matter of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of services for the contracting authority related to the provision of foreign business trips of the contracting authority’s employees and other persons designated by the contracting authority (‘the services’). … Delivery of printed travel documents to the seat of the contracting authority i) Telephone service j) Arrangement of train, bus, ferry and other transport tickets abroad, purchase, reservation and change of ticket reservations k) Arrangement of accommodation abroad, purchase, reservation and change of accommodation reservation Mediation, or provision, for the purposes of this public contract, means such negotiations of the participant, in which he will take all necessary steps to purchase documents or services according to the requirements of the contracting authority, including the implementation of his own purchases of such documents or services. On the basis of that procurement procedure, a framework agreement (‘the agreement’) within the meaning of Paragraph 131 of the ZZVZ will be concluded in accordance with the tender specifications. The agreement will be concluded with one participant in the procurement procedure. The agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years with the selected supplier or until the maximum amount of performance is exhausted.
