In order to fulfil its legal obligations, mainly in the field of the environment, the Court of Auditors needs to acquire high-quality methodological support and related advisory services for the maintenance of the Court’s Environmental Management System (EMS), based on the European standard for the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) and ISO 14001: 2015. · Lot 1 concerns methodological, technical and operational assistance necessary for the maintenance, evaluation and continuous improvement of the Court’s environmental management system, as well as for the maintenance of its EMAS registration and ISO 14001 certification during the period 2027-2030. · Lot 2 covers the design, preparation and delivery of environmental training for the EMAS team, EMAS internal auditors and ECA-designated staff. · Lot 3 concerns continuous regulatory monitoring and periodic assessment of the Court’s compliance with applicable environmental and occupational health and safety (OSH) requirements.
