… subject of the contract is also SLA - to ensure the operability, functionality, safety, compatibility and agreed level of services of the Work produced and delivered according to the Work Contract, by providing regular Service Services, Order Services and Additional Services to the extent and under the conditions stipulated by this Service Contract. The subject-matter of the contract will therefore be carried out on the basis of two linked contracts, namely: • Contracts for the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of MFPs, including Software Solution No. C-NBS1-000-125-409 (Works Contract) and • Service Contract No. C-NBS1-000-125-422 for the provision of service support, maintenance and other operational services related to the supplied MFPs and the corresponding software solution (Service Contract).
