… Kisbér district. The aim of the project is to increase public safety, monitor municipal public spaces, and support transport and crime prevention tasks. The development affects a total of 17 settlements. During construction, a total of 82 IP-based cameras need to be installed or replaced. The system also includes fixed surveillance cameras, PTZ cameras, and license plate recognition (LPR) cameras. The task includes: - transport and installation of cameras; - Providing IP video recorders and data storage; - establishment of a microwave radio data transmission network; - installation of outdoor network and power wiring; - installation of routers, switches and other network active devices; - construction of fixtures with electric poles and on buildings; - system integration, configuration, testing and deployment. The cameras are installed partly on existing electricity poles, partly on municipal or other buildings. The contractor’s job is to provide the entire installation infrastructure, including brackets, clamps, outdoor junction boxes, and protective pipes. When attaching to the poles, compliance with the regulations of the energy supplier is mandatory. A significant part of the project is operated via microwave radio data connection. A point-to-point or point-to-multipoint radio repeater network is required at multiple locations, including the installation and configuration of intermediate repeater points. In some locations, it is necessary to set up offline systems with local data storage. The core components of the system are IP-based video recorders that support H.264/H.265 compression, remote access, and video analytics and license plate recognition functions. Part of the task is the network configuration of the entire system, the integration of camera images, the verification of operation and the preparation of handover documentation. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, tools, assemblies and installation and system integration resources, for fully installing and configuring the system, and for preparing the documentation, measurement reports and handover documents required for commissioning. The task also includes on-site surveying, installation work, network integration, and proof of system functionality. The detailed technical content of the procurement, the requirements for each location and the quantitative and technical parameters are set out in the export and technical documentation and the unpriced budget. We would like to draw the attention of the Honourable Tenderer to the fact that, in the case of a reference to a product of a particular make or origin or to a specific process characterising the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or a specific origin or production process, the reference should be accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. Any brand or make name indicated in the price table serves only to specify the item in question and the contracting authority accepts a technically equivalent offer.
