… Standard 160 STORAGE Cloudera HDFS Storage 167 Tenderer must provide tracking service to the Contracting Authority from the day following the date of validity of the available licenses until and including June 30, 2027. Where reference is made to goods, processes, activities, persons, patents or trademarks of a make, origin or type specified in the procurement documents, this shall be the case in accordance with Section 321/2015. In accordance with Section 46(3) of Government Decree 45/2014 (X. 30.), this is done only in order to define the subject matter of the public procurement in a clear and comprehensible manner, and is always accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. As a technically equivalent system to Cloudera Hadoop, the Contracting Authority considers a software ecosystem/framework that supports data-intensive distributed applications. It enables the construction of server clusters built from a large amount of generally available hardware, on which data is stored and processed in a distributed manner. Ajánlattevő több szerződéssel is teljesítheti az alkalmassági követelményt. Ajánlatkérő a közbeszerzés tárgya szerinti referenciával egyenértékű referenciának fogadja el a bemutatott szerződést (referenciát), ha az adatintenzív elosztott alkalmazások támogatására vonatkozó szoftver ökoszisztémára (keretrendszerre) vonatkozik. Az alkalmassági követelményeknek a közös ajánlattevők együttesen is megfelelhetnek. Az alkalmassági igazolására a Kbt. 65. § (7), (9), (11) bekezdései és a Kbt. 69. § (11) bekezdése is irányadó. Az alkalmassági előírás igazolása során a Kbt. 65. § (6)-(7) bekezdései megfelelően alkalmazhatók, illetve alkalmazandók. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 24. § (1) bekezdésére. Az alkalmassági követelménynek való megfelelést a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 22. § (1)–(2) bekezdése szerint kell igazolni.
