… minimum technical characteristics/parameters and the quantities required are set out in Table 1 of the Technical Specifications as follows: cableway / trolley - 1 pc., rocking steps - 1 pc., rope bridge - 1 pc., solar smart bench - 2 pcs., park bench with backrest - 10 pcs., wooden gazebo / hexagonal / - 2 pcs., wooden waste bin - 20 pcs., stand for 3 bicycles - 2 pcs. Deadline for implementation - delivery and installation of the equipment should be carried out within 60 / sixty/ calendar days from the date of receipt of the Assignment letter by a representative of the Assignor, but not later than 01.03.2027. * The proposed delivery time includes the period necessary for installation of the equipment. * A participant whose tender contains a delivery and installation period that is longer than the specified period will be excluded from participation in the public procurement procedure. Участникът следва да е изпълнил през последните три години, считано от датата на подаване на офертата най- малко една дейност, с предмет, идентичен или сходен с този на поръчката. * Под „дейност с предмет, идентичен или сходен с този на поръчката, следва да се разбира „доставка и/или монтаж на паркови съоръжения, и/или детски и/или спортни съоръжения на открито, и/или архитектурни елементи за открити пространства”. * Възложителят не поставя изискване за обем. За съответствието с критерия за подбор, Участниците представят информация, като попълват част IV „Критерий за подбор” буква „В“ от Единния европейски документ за обществени поръчки (ЕЕДОП), като посочат изпълнена доставка, в т.ч. предмет, стойност, дата и получател на изпълнената дейност. * На основание чл.67, ал.5 и чл. 112, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП, съответствието с критерия за подбор се доказва с представяне на Списък по чл.64, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП на доставките, които са идентични или сходни с предмета на поръчката, изпълнени през последните 3 години, считано от датата на подаване на офертите - Образец №4, с посочване на стойностите, датите и получателите, заедно с документи, които доказват извършената дейност. !!! Участникът следва да прилага Система за управление на качеството БДС EN ISO 9001:2015 или еквивалент с обхват в съответствие с предмета на поръчката. При подаване на офертата, за съответствие с критерия за подбор, участниците представят информация, като попълват ЕЕДОП, Част IV, буква „Г“: Стандарти за осигуряване на качеството и стандарти за екологично управление, като се посочи дали съответните документи са на разположение в електронен формат, посочва се уеб адрес, орган или служба, издаващи документите за регистрация и точното позоваване на документа, обхват на регистрацията и периода на валидност. Възложителят ще приеме и други еквивалентни сертификати, издадени от органи, установени в други държави членки, както и други доказателства за еквивалентни мерки за осигуряване на качеството. В случаите на чл. 67, ал. 5 и от ЗОП и чл.112, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП, обстоятелството се доказва с документи в съответствие с изискванията на чл.64, ал.2 – ал.8 от ЗОП – валиден сертификат за Система за управление на качеството, съгласно стандарта БДС EN ISO 9001:2015 или еквивалент с обхват в съответствие с предмета на поръчката. ** Предметен обхват в областта на обществената поръчка е доставка и/или монтаж на паркови съоръжения, и/или детски и/или спортни съоръжения на открито, и/или архитектурни елементи за открити пространства. * Представените от Участниците сертификати трябва да са издадени от независими лица, които са акредитирани по съответната серия европейски стандарти от Изпълнителна агенция „Българска служба за акредитация“ или от друг национален орган по акредитация, който е страна по Многостранното споразумение за взаимно признаване на Европейската организация за акредитация, за съответната област, или да отговарят на изискванията за признаване, съгласно чл. 5а, ал. 2 от Закона за националната акредитация на органи за оценяване на съответствието. **Възложителят ще приема еквивалентни сертификати, издадени от органи, установени в други държави членки, както и други доказателства за еквивалентни мерки за осигуряване на качеството и управление на околната среда, когато Участникът не е имал достъп до такива сертификати или е нямал възможност да ги получи в съответните срокове по независещи от него причини.
