Съответствието с поставения критерий се удостоверява в част IV, буква „В“ от еЕЕДОП с посочване на имената, образованието и/или квалификацията и/или информация за завършен курс, номер и дата на документа, доказващ това образование и/или квалификация и/или завършен курс на лицата, които ще изпълняват поръчката, както и информация за техния професионален опит.
