HANKINNA'S SECTION The object of the procurement is the project developer partnership in the Toijala station region of Akaa. The project developer partner is responsible for developing, coordinating and coordinating the preparation of the station area's project portfolio in accordance with the City of Akaa's objectives. The procurement does not include the construction of buildings in the station area, public areas, traffic arrangements or an underpass. However, the project developer partner may have the right to acquire plots or areas from the city during the project development phase to meet the needs of new third parties that are not part of the municipality's activities, acquired and committed by the partner. The detailed principles and conditions for the transfer of plots or areas, the potential implementation responsibility of the project developer partner and the implementation of the sites will be defined in the final invitation to tender and in the agreement to be concluded with the project developer partner.
