… measurements under real DC load without interrupting the ongoing stack operation. In terms of process technology, precise control of gas flows on the fuel and air sides is required, coupled with precise humidification by direct steam injection. Adherence to stable atmospheric pressure conditions and controlled application of the mechanical compression load are essential for valid results. The automation of the test environment requires configurable test sequences, continuous real-time data acquisition and a seamless connection to existing IT structures. At the same time, operational and plant safety are paramount. The system requires a multi-level security architecture with permanent gas detection and automated emergency flushing to ensure the high standards in laboratory operation throughout. Due to the project requirements and the tight time regime, significant delays in the procurement procedure are endangering projects. Should it not be possible to ensure that the funds are spent within the planned financial years, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure.
