… The implementation and onboarding phase begins after effective conclusion of the contract. There is an implementation time of several weeks between the effective conclusion of the contract and the operational start of performance. If the contract is postponed, the client and contractor agree on the start of the operational service while maintaining a reasonable implementation time. All necessary installation, training, licensing and project services are covered by the offered conditions.
