What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the procurement procedure is a framework contract for the performance of hydraulic balancing by means of a metrological procedure equivalent to procedure B, including necessary plant adaptations for the stocks of STAT UND LAND and WoGeHe. According to § 60c GMod, newly built water-guided heating systems are to be hydraulically matched or hydraulically optimised. Hydraulic optimisation must be carried out for existing heating systems, provided that a corresponding need for action is identified as part of the review pursuant to § 60b Gmod. The heating systems of STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH and WoGeHe Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Hellersdorf mbH are subject to the statutory requirements, provided that the requirements of §§ 60b and 60c GMod are met. The services agreed in the framework contract serve to fulfil these legal obligations.
