… Agreement of at least 90 m3/days. · The subject of the procurement is the disposal and disposal of wastewater from the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). The estimated quantities of the service are maximum, and significantly depend on the amount of incoming waste and meteorological conditions on the site (e.g. large amounts of precipitation) and on other factors that may lead to a reduction in the amount of waste water generated at the Biljane Donje CGO, so that the total amount of waste water that needs to be disposed of can also vary in relation to the stated maximum amount. The tenderer should be organisationally and technically capable of intervening at the invitation of the contracting authority. The actual quantities will be determined by weighing the full and empty vehicle on the wagon at the Biljane Donje CCE (in kg, i.e. tonnes), and will be defined in accordance with the actual needs of the Client. The estimated average density of the waste water to be procured is 978 kg/m3. During the procurement procedure, the tenderer may take a sample of waste water in accordance with this Procurement Document. The indicative annual volume under the contract which is the subject of this procurement is 23,400 m3. During the duration of the contract, the amount of waste water to be collected and disposed of by the selected tenderer (Executor) per day, week and month does not have to be uniform.
