… reconstruction of the decontamination room No. I, including the preparation of the relevant project documentation, the execution of the reconstruction, the supply and installation of medical technology, medical furniture and related equipment, and the commissioning of the entire functional unit. Stage I also includes related interventions in the other areas concerned, including decontamination room II, in so far as they are necessary for the implementation of Stage I and are specified in the technical specification. Stage II includes the remaining complex services relating to Decontamination Room II to the extent set out in the technical specification, with the exception of works and supplies already carried out under Stage I, and constitutes a reserved change of the obligation under Article 2.3 of these tender specifications, which the contracting authority is entitled, not obliged, to use under the conditions set out in the tender specifications and the contract.
