… validating legislative acts in a structured XML format for publication in the Official Journal. · This lot consists in making available to the SCL resources to carry out the development of new software tools as well as the evolutionary maintenance of the tools already in place and used to coordinate and carry out the publication in the Official Journal. · This lot consists in making available to the SCL the resources necessary to manage the development and maintenance projects of the IT tools used to carry out the publication in the Official Journal and the dematerialisation of the legislative flow. · The SCL uses the virtualisation infrastructure set up by the CTIE to develop and deploy its applications. If the administration of this infrastructure is carried out by the CTIE, the SCL supports the management of its virtual machines. To this end, the SCL needs profile(s) with expertise in this area. · In the event of a malfunction of the IT system comprising the publication platform of the Official Journal, the SCL wishes to benefit from an urgent intervention to restore the service. This intervention may, in the best case, be performed remotely or require on-site travel. The aim here is to ensure that the system for publishing the Official Journal (legilux website, casemates database and associated tools) operates outside working day hours (from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The other production tools of the Official Journal are not part of the scope.

Foreign bidders

In Luxembourg · IT services, 163 contracts went to foreign companies over the last 3 years (of 546 recorded awards) — mostly from Belgium, France, Germany.
