What the buyer is looking for
The construction works are aimed at modifying the individual pavilions of the hospital complex with a polyclinic in order to reduce the energy intensity and operation in terms of saving the energy of individual buildings. These include, in particular, insulation of the perimeter walls of buildings, insulation of roof structures, comprehensive replacement of hole fillings in the perimeter walls — windows and doors of individual pavilions, partial reconstruction of heating of individual solved buildings and implementation of new so-called green technologies such as photovoltaic panel technology. … context of the construction procedure, the building permit and the announcement of construction modifications. • warranty period for 5 years from the completion and handover of the work. The construction will be handed over to use after the completion of individual building objects gradually according to the possibilities of operation on the basis of acceptance protocols and approval of individual objects. The building can be approved on its own. The tenderer acknowledges that the works will be carried out in full operation of the health care building. Possible unintentional shutdown, disabling or otherwise preventing the use of a part of the object that has not been approved by the construction supervisor (the hospital management) can lead to a risk to the patient's health and life. All its works must be planned by the contractor and then carried out taking into account the fact that the objects will be fully operational even during the reconstruction.
