Public procurement is launched in the administrative area of Dunaújváros for the collection, removal and disposal of municipal liquid waste from property owners. Pursuant to Section 44/C(1) of Act LVII of 1995 on water management (Water Management Act), the Customer organises and maintains a public service for collecting, transporting and disposing of domestic wastewater that has not been discharged into the public sewerage network or into a receiver after individual wastewater treatment authorised in the manner specified in the Government Decree on the exercise of the authority to manage water. Only household liquid waste deposited in a closed waste water reservoir shall be transported by the tenderer. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the expected quantity of domestic waste water collected by means other than utilities is an estimated quantity. In view of changes in consumer habits, its decline and increase may occur. For this reason, the contracting authority shall determine the following quantity as the quantity of the procurement: 8 874 m3/year, + 30% option. The successful Tenderer shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or compensation for lost profits resulting from the decreasing quantity. According to a water permit, it is capable of receiving 60m3 of sucked waste water per day. (a) the urban, geographical and transport characteristics of the area included in the public service: With an area of 5,267 hectares, it is a town with county rights with the smallest administrative area in Hungary. The urban area also has a well-developed road network. The distance between the waste water treatment plant and the most remote user is 6 km. (b) Population of the affected area: approximately 40,000 inhabitants (c) number of economic operators using the public service: 95 (natural person 233 properties) d) expected amount of domestic wastewater collected by non-public utilities: 10.200 m3 (e) the main requirements of official permits for designated waste water treatment plants and waste water inlet points, their capacity, operator, the scope of the operating permit under water law, and the technical requirements; 15.000 m3/day is the total capacity of the waste water treatment plant, which includes 60m3/day of sucked waste water. (f) Place of waste water discharge:Dunaújváros regional waste water treatment plant address: 2400 Dunaújváros Siklói u. 372/17 effluent discharge through the specially constructed point.
