The subject-matter of the contract according to the CPV code 34300000 ‘Spare parts and accessories for vehicles and vehicle engines’. Subject and purpose of the order. The subject-matter of this contract is: "Supply of spare parts and accessories for maintenance of motor vehicles / motor vehicles / for the needs of TP "DGS Kresna" for a period of 24 months"». The performance guarantee shall amount to 3 % (three per cent) of the contract value excluding VAT. The performance guarantee shall take one of the following forms: - amount of money; - bank guarantee; - insurance. The participant chooses the form of a performance guarantee.
