… purchase. Timetable: The Offeror shall guarantee a maximum delivery time of three days from the date on which the Subscriber places an oral or written order. Obligations of the parties: Obligations of the Customer, The Customer pays the agreed price for the delivery. Payment terms are 21 days net. Obligations of the Provider, the Provider shall ensure that deliveries comply with applicable laws, regulations and permits. The supplier is responsible for insuring the delivery until it has been completely unloaded into the customer's LBG tank. The tenderer shall be liable for any damage caused during delivery. Insurance, the Offeror must have all the insurances necessary for the operation, such as a valid liability insurance with a minimum insurance amount of EUR 1,000,000. The insurance certificate shall be attached to the contract. Liability for third parties, The Provider shall be liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may be caused to third parties during the delivery. Occupational safety, The Provider is responsible for the occupational safety of its personnel and acquires the necessary protective equipment for its employees. The tenderer is responsible for the occupational safety and health of its personnel and for ensuring compliance with the Working Hours Act. Employees must be skilled and trained in matters related to their work duties and occupational safety. The Provider shall immediately inform the Customer of occupational accidents, incidents and other damages. The tenderer must present measures to prevent similar situations in the future. Price The price to be indicated in the offer is LBG delivered and unloaded in the customer's LBG tank. The price must be reported excluding taxes and fees (VAT, energy tax, CO2 tax and security of supply fee). The price of the delivery is as follows: TTF Front Month (FM) ICE index + LBG supply chain price (€/MWh). The price indexation is carried out monthly in accordance with the TTF Front Month (FM) ICE (Title Transfer Facility) index. The total price is indicated in the tender on the basis of the September indices. Price tying, Offer price is tied to 09/26 index. The price indexation is done on a monthly basis. Language, the offer must be given in Finnish. Subcontractors If the tenderer uses subcontractors, their name must be indicated in the tender. Subcontractors must also meet the same minimum requirements as those imposed on the tenderer. The customer reserves the right to separately request similar explanations from subcontractors as from the provider
