Through the dynamic purchasing system, NSR wants to create an open and accessible market in which both established consulting companies and niche specialist players can participate. Suppliers that meet the qualification requirements can connect continuously throughout the validity period of the system. When a concrete need arises, an individual procurement is carried out where all approved participants are given the opportunity to submit a tender. Requirements for experience, specialist competence, availability, implementation and price are adapted based on the current assignment. The goal is simple: to give NSR access to the right skills, at the right time, for the right assignments.
