… The framework agreement is not exclusive in these situations. The Mission shall be carried out to the extent and in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the procurement documents. The content and scope of the assignment are specified in the tender specifications of the procurement document. · Character interpretation means interpretation, often simultaneous, between spoken Swedish and Swedish sign language. Sign language has its own grammar and does not follow the grammar of the spoken Swedish language. Many people with deafness or hearing impairment have Swedish sign language as their first language and Swedish as their second language. Interpretation can be from Swedish to Swedish, English to Swedish, English to English. Writing interpretation is interpreting from speech to written text. During the writing interpretation, the interpreter writes down everything that is heard in the interpretation situation so that the student can read it as text. Interpretation can be from Swedish to Swedish, English to Swedish, English to English. Deafblind interpreting is a collective term for interpreting methods for interpreter users with combined visual and hearing impairment, such as tactile sign language interpretation, clear speech and audio description. Accompanying is also included in deafblind interpretation. Deafblind interpretation usually takes place on site, but distance may occur (interpreter via video link translates speech, text or sign language), which may be due to the individual's disability. Interpretation from a spoken Swedish to people with a combination of visual impairment/blindness, hearing impairment/deafness. This service is called off when the need relates to: visually or tactile sign language visually or tactilely spelling clearly and/or amplified speech through four fully integrated sub-elements: 1. interpretation of what is said 2. audio description 3. accompaniment 4. haptic signals Interpretation can be from Swedish to Swedish, English to Swedish, English to English.
