Maastricht University (UM) intends to conclude an agreement for the supply of approximately 15,400 licenses AvePoint Control Suite Plus for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including the associated license-related services. UM already uses AvePoint solutions within its Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment. These solutions are integrated into UM's existing technical and functional environment and are part of the existing management processes and working methods. For this tender, UM has deliberately chosen to continue using the existing AvePoint solution. Replacing it with an alternative solution would entail significant migration, implementation, configuration, testing and transition work. … of the opinion that these consequences are not proportionate, also in view of the subject matter and scope of this contract. For these reasons, this invitation to tender specifically concerns the supply of AvePoint Control Suite Plus for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. This invitation to tender is therefore not intended for the selection or implementation of an alternative software solution. The reference to AvePoint emphatically does not mean that the assignment is reserved to AvePoint as a manufacturer. The requested AvePoint licenses can be offered by multiple resellers/partners. This allows effective competition at the level of the supplier/reseller. The duration of the agreement is 2 years with the possibility of extension of 2 times 1 year (maximum 4 years). During the term, the numbers can be adjusted.
