The agreement should also provide flexibility to respond to changes in the organisation, accommodation and working concepts during the contract period. The contractor must be able to provide both standard and tailor-made solutions that meet the functional, ergonomic and aesthetic needs of the users. The contract includes both occasional deliveries and project-based installation processes. The exact size of the decrease may vary over the term. No purchase guarantees can be derived from the agreement.
