A building with a floor area (inside) of approx. 6 x 11 m and a clear room height of 3.25 m is planned. The building is to be constructed of prefabricated reinforced concrete parts. As a roof shape, a flat roof (slight one-sided inclination towards the hollow) with an extensive green roof is provided. The inner walls are painted white, the outer facade is provided with a cladding made of wood composites. Work and assembly planning must be carried out for the entire building. The required structural design and a tested statics must be drawn up. The technical centre is fenced with a bar-grid fence (anthracite). Around the building, a narrow path is made of concrete rectangles and framed with a lawnboard. The required area for a service vehicle is to be fixed with plastic honeycombs. Also made of plastic honeycombs, the fastening takes place from the inner surface to the parking path. The roof surface water as well as the water of the paths is seeped through narrow and flat hollows.
