Für die Beurteilung der Eignung des Bewerbers folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen: (Eigen)Erklärungen darüber, dass 1. über das Vermögen des Bewerbers kein Insolvenz- oder ein vergleichbares gesetzliches Verfahren eröffnet bzw. die Eröffnung beantragt oder dieser Antrag mangels Masse ab-gelehnt wurde, 2. sich der Bewerber nicht in der Liquidation befindet, 3. der Bewerber der Verpflichtung zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie der Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung nachgekommen ist, 4. die Ausschlussvoraussetzungen gem. § 19 Abs. 1 MiLoG nicht vorliegen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Auftraggeber unabhängig von der Eigenerklärung gem. § 19 Abs. 1 MiLoG das Recht hat, jederzeit zusätzliche Auskünfte des Gewerbezentralregisters nach § 150 a GewO anzufordern (§ 19 Abs. 3 MiLoG).
