The Regional Police Directorate of the Capital City of Prague requires certainty that the purchased goods have been approved for the Czech market. The purchased goods will be operated on the roads of the Czech Republic, where the condition for operation is compliance with the tender documentation of the listed legislation. … motorcycle’ with the relevant ‘Basic technical description of the approved type of motorcycle’ are required. All this will be listed in ISTP. The contracting authority determined the estimated value in accordance with Sections 16 and 19 of the ZZVZ with regard to the total estimated need for the supply of motorcycles of the same type within the functional unit for the relevant period. The value of the purchased motorcycle is part of the total volume of purchased motorcycles, the total estimated value of which exceeds the threshold for the above-threshold public contract. Period of performance of the contract: From the date of entry into force of the contract to 15.12. 2026.
