What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive management of municipal waste and other waste transferred in the municipal system of the city of Oslavany, including the local part of Padochov, for the period from 1. 1. 2027 to 31. 12. 2030. The implementation shall include in particular: (a) regular collection of mixed municipal waste from the sites designated by the contracting authority, (b) delivery, placement, maintenance and replacement of containers to the extent specified in the statement of works and services, (c) collection of separately concentrated components of municipal waste, (d) operation of the collection yard at the ‘Na Černé’ site, including receipt of waste from authorised persons, servicing, keeping operational documentation and securing the necessary facilities, (e) delivery of waste exclusively to waste management facilities, or to an authorised waste…

… dealer, and ensuring its subsequent recovery or disposal in accordance with the law, (f) management and transmission of registration, weighing and other documents to the extent specified in the contract, (g) cooperation in the fulfilment of the contracting authority’s obligations towards the authorised packaging company and collective systems, exclusively to the extent expressly defined in Annex 4 to the ZD. (h) Waste will not be transported by the contracting authority or a carrier authorised by it to the place designated by the supplier by default, with the exception of waste delivered directly in the collection yard or other individually ordered transport. · The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive provision of waste collection services for the city of Oslavany; within the scope of the Tender Documentation.
