… roadworthy and comply with emission limits. * The contracting authority requires all lorries carrying out waste collection on the basis of a specific contract to be equipped with an integrated GPS-based vehicle positioning system or other comparable positioning system with a positioning accuracy of up to 10 m, with the storage of electronic records in a common data format on the time and movement of the vehicle as part of the performance of individual collections, to the extent of at least the date, exact time and position of the collection vehicle, recording the collection route, monitoring the activity of the superstructure (i.e., recording individual discharges).
