… subsequent documentation of the weighing sheets and a declaration of disposal or recycling; - "documentation of evidence of the legal disposal, storage or recycling of all types of construction debris and waste generated during the execution of the work, including the submission of appropriate weight cards; ensuring sampling and laboratory assessment of milled asphalt mixture (R-material) by an accredited laboratory to determine the qualitative and ecological classification (mainly PAH content); - laying of a new asphalt-concrete surface, including the pouring of working joints; - completion and restoration of individual structural layers; - modification and addition of tile, rims, sewer shafts and drains and their connection, height adjustment of water supply, pipeline valves and the area of adjacent entrances and sidewalk bodies, establishment of asphalt-concrete recyclate edges, establishment of transverse drainage and gutter blocks; - modification by the construction of the affected unpaved areas, landscaping, ohumusizing and sowing with grass seed; - ensuring protection of root systems and tree trunks in the protection zone of communications and protection of existing networks against damage, including consultation with the authorities and owners concerned; - renewal or re-implementation of permanent horizontal and vertical traffic signs; - restoration and establishment of deceleration thresholds; - providing temporary traffic signs for traffic restrictions; - for individual utilities administrators, asking for an opinion on the existence of networks and subsequently ordering network identification in the field; - providing an opinion on the special use and location of traffic signs at the relevant department of the traffic inspectorate of the Police of the Czech Republic and the Frenštát pod Radhoštěm Municipal Authority, the Department of the Building Authority and Spatial Planning; - ensuring discussion and obtaining a favourable opinion on the temporary transfer of bus stops at the public regular transport operators concerned and the competent authorities concerned, including the physical implementation of this transfer and the installation of replacement markings; - ensuring that citizens directly affected by construction work are alerted; - preparation of the geodetic survey of the actual execution of the construction by an authorized surveyor; - allow employees or agents of the grant provider, control body or client to enter the contractor's premises and carry out a check of documents related to construction works; - keeping a construction diary from the date of commencement of construction work, which will be accessible on a daily basis at the place of performance; in the construction logbook, the contractor is obliged to legibly record all the facts relevant to the performance of the partial contract; - the acquisition of photographic documentation of the performance before, during and after the commencement of the construction work; - Documentation of declarations of conformity, attestations, certificates and other relevant documents proving the required properties and quality for all materials and products incorporated into the work.
