… processing of reports on the progress of work, costs and potential risks. - Provision of documents for the client's decision-making. 5) Solving technical and contractual problems: - Evaluating and recommending solutions to problems encountered during project implementation. - Support in resolving disputes. 6) Support for acceptance and termination of the work: - Coordination of the acceptance process, including checking completed works and ensuring the elimination of defects and backlogs. - Ensuring that all required documents are prepared and handed over to the client. 7) Claim management: - Identification, registration and evaluation of the contractor's or client's claims. - Preparation of documents and recommendations for resolving claims in accordance with the terms and conditions. 8) Technical supervision of the building: - Quality control of the executed construction works and their compliance with the project documentation, standards and legislative requirements. - Checking the correctness of measurements and reports of work carried out. - Approval of technological processes and materials used on the construction site. 9) OSH Coordinator: - Ensuring the activities of the occupational health and safety coordinator on the construction site in accordance with the applicable legislation. - Developing an OSH plan, monitoring compliance with it, and informing stakeholders about OSH obligations. - Organizing regular OSH inspections on the construction site and addressing identified shortcomings. 10) BIM Coordinator: - Ensuring the activities of the Client's BIM Manager. - BEP check. - Checking compliance with the BIM protocol. - Checking the digital information model in the BIM model.
