What the buyer is looking for
The contractor intends to procure the services of independent experts for the assessment of the vehicle manufacturing process, final configuration, technical condition and compliance with the established technical, quality and safety requirements. Services may include in- and post-production inspections of vehicles, functional and qualitative tests, test runs, measurements, detection of non-conformities and defects and control and re-verification of their elimination. This procurement will lead to the creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Suppliers that will be allowed to participate in the DPF will be invited to bid for specific purchases in this DPF. In the case of a specific procurement on a DPS, the requirements for the object of the procurement will be set out in the terms and conditions of the specific procurement.
