A detailed description of the physical and financial scope of the contract is given in ANNEX A (Study No 14/21-09-2026 of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies of the Directorate for Planning and Informatics). Tenderers may submit a tender for one or both groups, as set out below: 1. Genuine 2.
