The service area also includes the subscriber's on-prem Microsoft AD environment management service; 4) Cloud services, which include services that provide centralised management and control of public cloud services for cloud-based resources and services, the Service Area also includes M365 and Entra ID management services; 5) Telecommunications services, including internet connections of offices, connections between offices, local area network solutions, central firewall service and management and control services for telecommunications equipment 6) Information security services, including a 24/7 type of automated incident response service implemented in connection with a service point and a customer security product operation service (e.g. Defender, Sentinel) 7) Professional services, include specialised professional expert work and consulting services that support IT infrastructure, information systems, information security and operational planning, optimisation, development, expansion and renewal; and 6) Service management, which includes services related to the management and development of the service package to be procured, as well as services related to IT processes. Tendering is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) contract supplier is selected. The tenderer with the highest scores will be selected as the contractor. In equal situations, the winner of the procurement will be determined as described in Appendix 1 (Instructions and Comparative Criteria). Procurement is not divided into sub-areas to ensure the smooth running of services. Parallel and alternative offers are prohibited. The selection criteria for competitive tendering are the overall economic advantage, the weight of the price being 60 points and the weight of the quality 40 points. The fixed-term duration of the contract is 3 years, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The contract period begins at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final. The aim is for the agreement period to enter into force on 15 December 2026. With regard to the subject matter of the procurement, the contracting entity notes that it has fixed-term contracts for some services, which affects the deployment of services: - Operation and capacity services can be commissioned by 31 December 2027 and the commissioning project must be completed accordingly - Telecommunications services can be commissioned by 31 March 2028 and the commissioning project must be completed accordingly.
