The tendering procedure shall be carried out by means of an open procedure, on the basis of which the six (6) tenderers with the highest scores shall be selected for lots 1 and 2 and the five (5) tenderers with the highest scores for lots 3 of the framework agreement, unless there are fewer tenderers who have submitted admissible tenders. The selection criteria for competitive tendering are overall economic advantage with a price weight of 80% and quality weight of 20%. The contract period is a fixed-term period of four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final or after the Market Court has granted the contract an enforcement permit. In product operating environments, the emphasis is on product safety, durability, adaptability and the versatility of functional possibilities. · Under Component 3, the target of the procurement is the furnishings of early childhood education centres and day care centres. Furniture is purchased for new and renovation projects, as well as for the early childhood education facilities of customer organisations committed to the acquisition. The sub-assembly will acquire furniture for operating and learning spaces as well as common areas. Furniture in public areas includes, for example, furniture in the halls and lobbies, as well as in the dining and banquet halls. In the operating environment of the products, the emphasis is on the safe use of the products, durability, easy cleaning and sound ergonomics of the furniture. The dimensions of the products must be suitable for both adult ergonomics and children's functionality.
