… contractor agrees on the details of the emptying directly with the customers. In addition to pre-planned and routed emptying, the contractor receives new emptying orders from customers, agrees on their execution and is responsible for their routing. The contractor also receives and executes quick emptying orders. The contract area is located in the waste management archipelago area of Southwest Finland, excluding the Uusikaupunki archipelago area. The contract notice shall contain one (1) part: Contract area A (Kaarina, Masku, Naantali, Parainen, Sauvo and Turku area) The invitation to tender does not include emptying by sludge vehicle on the mainland or islands with road, bridge or ferry connections. However, there may be sites inaccessible to the sludge vehicle in those areas which require discharge by sea and thus form part of those works in the archipelago. See map annex (Annex 3): Other works areas of LSJH. Tenders that meet the suitability requirements will be taken into consideration for comparison. The selection will be made on the basis of overall economic advantage and will be made on the basis of the lowest price of the eligible tenders. The choice can be made at the lowest price, as the contract notice and the related contract specify a high level of quality for the service. The unit price includes driving the transport equipment to the collection site using a vessel or a connection vessel, emptying the sludge from the collection system into the vessel or transport equipment, transporting the sludge from the vessel or transport equipment to one of the designated reception points and unloading the load, and recording the markings in accordance with the instructions of the customer and storing photographs in the vehicle terminal. More detailed tasks related to the work and compensations for additional work are included in the model contract. The winning service provider is obliged to accept the content of the model contract as such.
