What the buyer is looking for
The contract concerns the provision on demand of roadside assistance, recovery and temporary storage for vehicles of the Contracting Authority for which no other agreement applies. The service is performed by the Contractor after a report and call-off via the control room of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee (KMAR). The assignment relates to incidents within the Netherlands and up to 25 kilometers outside the Dutch national borders. The total value of the contract for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement is estimated at € 3,636,363.64 excluding VAT. This estimate is based on historical data, experience and the expected volume of assignments. However, the final purchase is uncertain and offers no guarantee, as the need for breakdown assistance, storage and storage depends on unpredictable variables. … people by 2030), changes in the security and social situation, changing operational commitment and policy choices can lead to a fluctuating need. In addition, logistical variables, such as the distance to the location of the stranded vehicle, the required deployment of equipment and personnel, the destination of the vehicle and the nature of the assignment (for example in the event of seizures by the Marechaussee), can influence the financial size per assignment. Because of these uncertainties, it is necessary to include sufficient financial space in the agreement. The maximum size of the contract can therefore increase by 100% compared to the estimated value, which amounts to a maximum of € 7,272,727.28 excluding VAT.
