What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the provision of SAP licenses, subscriptions and maintenance for the upcoming SAP S/4HANA implementation project. Following the outcome of the preliminary market consultations carried out, the procuring entity set up the procurement procedure in such a way that suppliers submit a tender that includes two solutions, namely: • Hybrid solution – Hybrid operating model of SAP environment with a combination of on-premise licenses and cloud services, the solution includes SAP BW/BW4HANA operated in an on-premise model. For a more detailed specification of the subject of performance, the contracting authority also refers to the table for the processing of the offer price for the Hybrid Solution, which is set out in Annex 2 to this Tax Code (‘Table for the Hybrid Solution’), and the table for the processing of the offer price for the Cloud Solution, which is set out in Annex 2 to this Tax Code (‘Table for the Cloud Solution’) (Table for the Hybrid Solution and Table for the Cloud Solution together ‘Tables for the processing of the offer price’), which contain an overview of the products requested by the contracting authority.
