… At its plenary meeting in December 2025, the tripartite Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work (ACSH) adopted an opinion on the state of play and future impulses regarding the EU strategic framework on health and safety at work4. Moreover, in June 2026, the Commission adopted the Report on the screening of the EU acquis in the area of health and safety at work5, and its accompanying Staff Working Document6 [TBC]. The results of this screening exercise study will inform the process of developing new EU OSH priorities in the strategic framework on health and safety at work after 2027.
