The permit and export plan shall be drawn up in the following territorial subdivisions: West side of Csongrád Avenue: Area 1: ‘small forest’ between Margaréta utca and Csongrád sgt. Expected technical content of the plans: -Geodesic surveys are available, the review of which is the task of the Designer. -In the case of planning road renovations and car park constructions, the indication of existing and planned traffic technology elements and, if necessary, their authorisation. -It is necessary to ensure the drainage of the planned facilities, in accordance with the existing drainage on the connecting surfaces. -Driving and storing rainwater collected from surrounding pavements and roofs onto green areas to keep precipitation water in place. -In the design field, during the design of public lighting, the design of LED luminaires is required. -As part of the horticultural/landscape design plan, a list of trees to be felled must be drawn up, indicating the variety and number of pieces. Planning planting, determining the varieties and number of plants, preparing a planting plan, determining the number and location of playground elements and street furniture.
