Incl. all other directions in the municipality. Winter maintenance, including the following activities: a) Execution of the preparatory works provided for in the Operational Plan annexed to the Technological proposal by the participant. • Preparation, instruction, etc. preliminary work on ensuring the readiness of the responsible for collecting and transmitting information about the state of common roads with a view to ensuring constant duty. • The organization, instruction of the groups for the winter snow removal of the IV class road network and their equipment with the necessary mat. and tools. b) Dane., related to the preparation for the winter maintenance and the roads: • Preparation of roads; • Preparation of machines and equipment; • Providing the necessary mat.; • Maintenance of the specialized equipment for the execution of the order at its own expense in good technical condition for the entire period of execution of the order. c) Dane., related to the fight against winter slippery on the roads: • Providing with mineral mat. or chemical substances for spraying. The type and volume of work on the winter support are determined depending on the level of winter support adopted for a given time. The main activities in the winter maintenance. incl.: • preparatory works: technical inspections of the machines and equipment requested for use, preparation of roads for exp. in winter conditions, provision of the necessary mat., etc.; • round-the-clock duty of people and equipment during the operating season; • self-provision of data and forecasts for the meteorological situation with a view to providing organization for the execution of the order; • provision of points for the execution of the order; • collection and transmission at their own expense of information about the condition of the road network during the operating season; • snow protection on the roads: construction, maintenance and installation of snow protection devices - permanent / roadside green belts, earthen dykes, etc. /, temporary / fences from portable inventory shields /, as well as cutting lawns, cutting bushes, removal of mats, etc. objects in the range of the road, which can contribute to the formation of snowfalls; • snow removal (patrol and periodic) of roads to achieve the respective degree and level of winter maintenance, clearing of drifts and snowfalls and removal of compacted snow - ice layers; • anti-slip road safety: dispersion of mineral mats or chemical substances; • crossing snow shafts on the banquet for normal drainage of water from the roadway. Performance will be reported with daily and weekly reports. Activity No 2: Preventive / Current maintenance. The current maintenance is aimed at ensuring the proper drainage of water, facilitating winter maintenance and removing defects on the road surface. Dane. are carried out only in case of non-existent, based on a specific written Assignment letter from the Assignor.
