… prepare all documents for the registration of the garbage collection vehicle in the Traffic Police sector at the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Lovech. After examination and acceptance of the delivered garbage collection vehicle, accompanied by the relevant documents, without comments from the authorized employee of the Municipality of Letnitsa, the same and the Contractor or his representative jointly perform initial registration of the garbage collection vehicle in the "Road Police" sector at the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior of Lovech. Registration of the truck is carried out at the expense of and by the Assignor. The full details of the technical parameters and characteristics for the performance of the contract are set out in the ‘Technical Specifications’, an integral part of the procurement documents.
