… the date of the call for tenders! In accordance with Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the performance of the contract will be deemed to have been awarded after funding has been secured. Where funding is not provided after the expiry of a period of three months from the conclusion of the contract, either party may request its termination without notice. In such a case, neither party (Municipality of Gabrovo and the Contractor) owes compensation for damages or lost profits to the other party. Where, after the expiry of a period of 10 months from the conclusion of the contract, no financing has been secured, the contract shall be deemed to have been terminated.
