The existing licences held by the contracting authority are: 52 mySAP Professional (cat II), 50 licenses 53 mySAP limited Professional (cat III), 20 licenses 54 mySAP employee (cat IV), 132 licenses 55 SAP Business Suite developer, 2 licenses SAP Business suite professional user & Oracle DB(%), 39 licenses The renewal of the licenses should cover the entire period from the expiration of the current licenses so that there is no gap in their maintenance. · Section II includes the following services with a duration of 700 b/days: 1. Configuration / New SAP/R3 functionality Depending on service needs, the operator may require the contractor to add new functionality or additional functionality to SAP/R3 subsystems (modules). The provision of services concerns the adaptation of SAP/R3 to the operational and operational needs of the organisation. Indicatively: • compliance with myData (my Digital Accounting & Tax Application) – AADE eBooks. • monitoring all revenue/expense transactions of businesses and other entities that keep Accounting Records according to the Greek Accounting Standards (ELP) • displaying the accounting and tax result of businesses, as shown by the data of the Electronic Books • parameterization for the submission of withholding taxes in taxes according to the existing or any new framework. • support work (e.g. NHW, certificates, etc.) in view of closure of use. 2. Integrated Information System (IIS) support The contractor will provide end-user support services to the Contracting Authority as well as support services for all subsystems (modules) of the IIS (Integrated Information System). Within the framework of the user support service, the economic operator shall undertake the following: • must have at its disposal technical personnel, the experience of which is the responsibility of the economic operator, in order to ensure, at the required intervals, the repair of defects. • is obliged to record the characteristics of the faults reported by the staff of the contracting authority.
