What the buyer is looking for
The object of the acquisition is the display monitors to be installed at Finavia's airports ("Displays"), which will be acquired during the framework agreement (including the option years), according to the current estimate, approximately 1000-2000 units. Screens are ordered during the contract period in accordance with the Customer's needs, and the indicated quantities are not binding. The sizes of the Displays to be purchased and the Display requirements vary depending on the destination of delivery. In the procurement, Finavia will tender out a framework agreement to which two (2) suppliers will be selected. The framework agreement does not constitute a tie-in obligation for Finavia, and all internal procurements within the framework agreement are subject to mini-tendering between the framework agreement partners. Purchases are made through the partner who has won the mini-tendering…

… in accordance with the prices given in the mini-tendering. The prices to be tendered in this procurement procedure are therefore so-called maximum prices, which cannot be exceeded in mini-tendering. The framework agreement is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years, after which Finavia is entitled to extend the framework agreement for a total of six (6) option years. Options will be exercised one (1) option year at a time. The procurement procedure is an open procedure and an electronic auction is used. The conduct of the procedure, including the electronic auction, is described in more detail in the Annex on the conduct of the procurement procedure and the electronic auction.
