… tender list and the other tender documents. The Requirements Specification sets out the requirements to be met by the supplier in the performance of the contract. The services must be delivered according to the specific and ongoing needs of AffaldPlus. WastePlus is therefore not obliged to purchase a certain number of temporary agency hours, a certain number of temporary agency workers or services for a certain amount, unless otherwise expressly stated in the tender documents. The estimated value of the framework agreement for the total duration is DKK 8,000,000 excl. VAT. The estimated value is determined on the basis of AffaldPlus' historical consumption, expected future needs and other relevant operational conditions. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 10,500,000 excl. VAT. The maximum value represents the overall ceiling for procurement under the framework contract. The estimated value does not guarantee a specific consumption or turnover. Actual consumption may be both lower and higher than the estimated value, but may not exceed the maximum value of the framework contract, unless a modification can be carried out lawfully in accordance with the procurement law rules on contract modifications.
