The procurement concerns the renewal of the properties Valhalla 2 and 5 at Valhallagatan 1 A-C, 3 A-B and Odengatan 23 A-D in Oskarström, a total of 81 apartments. The properties were built at two different times. Valhalla 2 was built in 1975 and Valhalla 5 in 1958-1962. The renewal mainly includes trunk replacement (sewage, cold, hot and vvc trunks), bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, hall renovation and replacement of all electrical installation. There are several bathroom types and kitchen types (mirror-facing types occur), see A-drawings. Stairwells will be repainted, new post office boxes will be installed, new lighting, new security doors and a new locking system for each building.
