… Lot 2: Municipality of Etten-Leur; Lot 3: Municipality of Breda. Purpose The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of services per lot with one contractor with a duration of 2 years, starting on 1 January 2027. The client has the right to extend this agreement twice by one year. The client will inform the contractor in writing at least 6 months before the end of the contract whether the client will make use of the option to extend the contract. Otherwise, the contract ends automatically after reaching the end date. Minimum period of 6 months also applies to the option years. Any extension will be made under the same conditions and conditions. The clients can each individually decide whether or not to extend the agreement without this having consequences in any form whatsoever for the other individual clients. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value under this framework agreement shall be: Lot 1: ABG- - organisation (Municipality of Alphen-Chaam, Municipality of Baarle-Nassau and Municipality of Gilze and Rijen) and Baarle-Hertog € 1,700,000; Lot 2: Municipality of Etten-Leur € 1,100,000; Lot 3: Municipality of Breda € 1,200,000, considering the duration of the agreement, including extension options.
