The LV is divided into three sublots, which are assigned to the organizational units of Grün and Gruga Essen. Part 1 extends over the southeast and the center of the city (districts I, VII and VIII), Part 2 over the southwest (districts II, III and IX) and Part 3 over the north (districts IV, V and VI). In order to ensure this, the contractor must inform the Works Management in good time of the delivery date(s) of the trees, so that a joint check of the goods on delivery by the nursery can be carried out for completeness, authenticity of species, subspecies or variety, dimensions or size, quality (bales, crown, trunk) and health. The acceptance of the construction works shall take place upon complete delivery to the contractor's depot or the areas rented for this purpose.
