The planning services for plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 (waste water, water and gas systems, heat supply systems, ventilation systems and building automation) are awarded. The scope of services includes the necessary basic services of the commissioned service phases according to HOAI including necessary special services. The planning must be carried out in accordance with the functional and operational requirements of a fire department building and in compliance with all relevant legal, technical and fire protection regulations. The services include in particular the planning, dimensioning and design of the technical installations as well as the preparation of the necessary planning and execution documents. The technical planning must be coordinated with the other planning stakeholders and geared towards an economic, functional and sustainable implementation of the construction project.
