Dynamic purchasing system for the production and supply of silver and gold coins for 2027-2029

Dynamický nákupní systém na výrobu a dodávky mincí ze stříbra a zlata pro roky 2027 – 2029 — original title

CZCzechia · Praha 1
Dynamic purchasing system. Suppliers can join at any time; the date shown is the end of the system, not a submission deadline. Individual contracts are later awarded among admitted participants only.
Very high estimated value — usually the total of a framework agreement across all lots, years and authorised users, not the value of a single contract.

Your path to submission

  1. Deadline for requests to participate: 11 November at 10:00 — 10 days left. Two-stage procedure: by this deadline you submit a request to participate (proof of eligibility). Only shortlisted firms are then invited to submit a tender.
  2. The submission point is stated in the notice (link on this page).
  3. Offer and evidence in: Czech, Slovak, English.
  4. Collect your evidence — the eligibility requirements are listed on this page; for many of them the analysis explains how to obtain them.
Compiled automatically from notice and documents — no guarantee; the procedure's wording is binding.

What the buyer is looking for

The Czech National Bank is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DPS") under the above-threshold regime in a public procurement procedure pursuant to Section 138(1) of the Act. In this procurement procedure, the contracting authority shall proceed mutatis mutandis according to the rules for the restricted procedure under Sections 58 and n. of the Act. The tender documentation is drawn up as a summary of the tender specifications, which define the details necessary for the implementation of the DNS for the production and supply of silver and gold coins for the years 2027-2029, as further defined in points 1 and 2 of the tender specifications, as well as a summary of the conditions for the inclusion of suppliers in the DNS in the tender procedure, as well as for the inclusion of suppliers in the already established DNS. The conditions of the procurement…

… procedure for the introduction of the DNS, in particular the conditions of qualification and commercial conditions of public contracts awarded in the established DNS, were the subject of preliminary market consultations pursuant to Section 33 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "PTK"), conducted by the contracting authority, the notice of which was published in the Public Procurement Bulletin under the contract registration number Z2026-016812 and in the Official Journal of the European Union under the number 227560-2026. In accordance with the provisions of Art. Section 36(4) of the Act further states that, following the information received in the PTK, the contracting authority’s interest in allowing the widest possible range of suppliers to participate in the DNS, and also with regard to the subject matter of the public contracts awarded in the established DNS, does not require suppliers who submit a request to participate in the DNS to demonstrate technical qualifications. For further information resulting from the PTK and to identify the persons who participated in the PTK, see Annex 3 to the tender specifications in more detail. The DNS will be in place for a period of 36 months from the introduction of the DNS or until the amount referred to in point 3 of the tender specifications is exhausted, whichever is the earlier. Further information can be found in the tender documents.

Tactics

When contracts were awarded in this country and sector, usually only one or two bids came in. A solid bid has a real chance here. (Based on 971 completed awards — not a statement about this procedure.)

This procedure allows 37 days between publication and deadline — typical in this country is 32 (median of 1,134 procedures). Much more generous than usual — time for a thorough bid rather than a quick one.

Foreign bidders

In Czechia · Clothing & footwear, 107 contracts went to foreign companies over the last 3 years (of 1,276 recorded awards) — mostly from Germany.

Submission language: Czech, Slovak, English.

Measured from linked award data; foreign winners bidding through a local subsidiary count as domestic — the true share is higher.
